Improve externally and internally

In Shinkiryu, we try to improve externally and internally.

“Externally” mentions something appearing outside, such as a posture, smooth body movements, physical strength.

And “internally” means “ki(氣)” power.

We aim to grow in terms of both ways.

In Shinkiryu students have a chance to get promoted based on their levels, and the higher you get promoted, the more you can learn.
