In U.S. we have regular group lessons as below.
You can participate our lessons for trial,
and you can experience "ki(氣)" and the laws of nature in person.
There are various types of people.
Some have worked on martial arts for years, and others are complete beginners.

As for in Tokyo (Japan) and in Warsaw (Poland),
our group lessons are not fixed.
We usually have the lessons a couple of times a month,
so please feel free to contact us if you are interested in joining our lessons in those countries.
